To ease the transition of attending school in a new country, our Boulder campus is here to help along the way. From the application process to your first day at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, our advisors are happy to answer questions you may have throughout the process.

How It Works

Student applies for admission to Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Student meets all admissions requirements for school and provides necessary documentation.

Student is accepted and issued an i-20 by Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.*

Student obtains visa from home country.

Student arrives at port of entry in the U.S.

Begin attending classes at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts!

*Acceptance as an international student is not guaranteed and dependent on many different factors.

Admissions Process

Required Documents:

  • Official Proof of Graduation
    Translated and evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a NACES approved translation company
  • Proof of English Proficiency
    TOEFL or IELTS
  • Financial Affidavit of Support
    Sponsor’s current bank statements (dated within the last 6 months) indicating sufficient funds to study at the institution for the first academic year
  • Additional Admissions Requirements as Required…
    For example: College level transcripts for transfer credit evaluation
  • Additional Documents for a Transfer Student
    Copy of current I-20, passport, copy of I-94 card, Transfer Verification form
