Chef Curtis Cain is an accomplished chef, Award winning barbeque team leader and founder of Mexicue Catering-Texas. Since his graduation he has been building a successful catering business and winning barbeque competitions all over Texas. - Magda Parras
Magda Parras is recent graduate and is now the assistant to the owner at the All in One Bake Shop in Austin, Tx. She was introduced to the owner of the bake shop, Jennifer Bortos, who is also one of our graduates, as part of her externship. Magda is flourishing in her position and has fallen in love with cake decorating. - Chef Michael Mann Pelligrino
Chef Michael Pelligrino is Executive Chef at the renowned Max’s Wine Dive in Houston, Texas. He is a featured competitor in the regional Chef’s Under Fire Competition and was recently profiled in the Houston Press.
