Employers
Thank you for your interest in our students. By partnering with Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, employers have a reliable, long-term resource for prescreened, classically trained culinary employees who are committed to a lifelong career in the industry.
Currently, we have two campuses – one in Boulder, Colorado and one in Austin, Texas where we offer culinary arts and baking and pastry programs worthy of the world-renowned Escoffier name. Both of our campuses have grown dramatically in the last two years. We are eager to share this new talent with you.
Each month we will post selected video bios of our freshest crop of new students. These are students who have expressed a desire at our initial interview to travel and to work for a resort or in another city for a company with high standards of excellence. They would like to be considered as potential candidates for the Auguste Escoffier Career Culinary program.
