Boulder, CO - Chef John Ash Is Coming To Our School June 20 - 23rd!
Although it may seem like a very easy thing to do, being aware of the food you eat and its origins is one of the most important ways one can positively contribute to the planet's health. Not only is cooking with local, seasonal ingredients environmentally responsible, but it is the easiest way to capture the best possible flavors. The renowned chef, instructor and cookbook author, John Ash, promotes these ideas in all that he does. In his cookbook, From The Earth To The Table, Chef Ash says that “the preservation of the planet is directly tied to the food supply. The choices that each of us makes every day about what we eat is like a vote for the planet.”
