Escoffier Culinary Arts programs feed your passion and develop your sensibility about food, ingredients, cooking techniques and dining. You will study with outstanding chef instructors and experience the skills and techniques of the patriarch of modern cooking Auguste Escoffier.
Escoffier Baking and Pastry programs offer a fast and effective route to a baking and pastry career. Our program is based on the fundamentals of classic pastry and baking techniques, methods and terminology.
Escoffier offers a wide variety of hands on cooking classes for Home Cooks where you roll up your sleeves, whip up dishes and share a meal at the end of class. We invite you to discover, rekindle and grow your cooking passion and confidence. The majority of our Home Cook classes are one- or two-day workshops held weekday nights, as well on Saturdays and Sundays.
