Chef Alisa has been an Executive Chef and Owner of a Chicago restaurant, a Training Chef, and a Restaurant Consultant, among her various positions. She was published in “The Snail: The National Magazine of Slow Food USA” and was the co-founder and Board member for Shiba Prom NFP, a non-profit that raises funds for rescued Shiba Inus and Shiba mixes throughout the U.S.
Alisa has also worked in culinary research & development, product innovation, design, and marketing, as well as consulting for hospitality and startups.
I have a hobby as an aerialist and teach aerial classes at a circus school in Chicago!
