Chef Amy owned the AAA 4-Diamond, award-winning Bistro 6301 in Shreveport, Louisiana, and completed her culinary externship at the Michelin Star restaurant Chateau de la Chevre d’Or, in Eze Village, France. She writes a monthly column in Feast Magazine.

Earning her culinary degree from École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Grégoire-Ferrandi in Paris, Amy is well-versed in French cooking. She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art.

Chef Amy has been teaching the culinary arts for over a decade.
