Chef Ashley was once a TV host for a local Arizona television show focusing on the culinary community.

She has extensive baking & pastry and culinary industry experience ranging from high volume hotels to pastry shops to catering and fine dining. She has served as a Culinary Instructor for The Garden Kitchen at The University of Arizona, Culinary Arts and Baking Pastry Instructor for the Hospitality Department of Pima Community College, Culinary Arts and Baking Pastry Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program of The Art Institute of Tucson, Curriculum Developer for ACTE, Culinary Consultant, and Pastry Chef.

Chef Ashley’s goal with teaching any concept, technique, or method is to offer insightful information that can be relatable to the student. She wants the student to feel as if they can achieve success at all levels of their educational career.
