Chef Chelsie Higgins


Chef Chelsie prepared a meal for Senator John Kerry and his wife while he was running for president and filmed a Food Network segment on cross-country ski trails. She’s worked as a Pastry Chef and Chef Instructor across the U.S., as well as the Dominican Republic. She’s also worked in bakery consulting, restaurant & kitchen design, bakery staging, restaurant openings, and the design of professional development courses.

In all of her travels, Chef Chelsie always finds an opportunity to enjoy and learn from a homemaker some customary “sweet treat” for the region. She’s constantly taking opportunities to increase her knowledge of chocolates and confections.
