Chef Cody has served a number of domestic and international diplomats including senators, governors, and former President Donald Trump. He also had the opportunity to prepare meals for famous athletes such as Tom Brady and other members of the 2020 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Hines Ward, Anthony Firkser, and Peyton Manning. He’s been an Executive Pastry Chef and a Head Pastry Chef at country clubs and won Best Presentation – Runner-Up for the NC Restaurant & Lodging Association Chef Showdown in 2018.
While studying in France he was able to visit Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Being able to absorb their culture and visit cafes, pastries shops, bakeries, and restaurants was a remarkable experience for him as a culinarian.
Chef Cody is passionate about gluten-free baking, private club operations, food science, and recipe development. He’s a member of the American Culinary Federation.
I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and reading anything pastry or food science-related.
