About
Certified Executive Pastry Chef® Joshua Turek worked as a Cake Decorator for Walt Disney World and in Research and Development for David’s Cookies & Annie’s Euro American Bakery. He was awarded ACF Tallahassee Pastry Chef of the Year in 2019. He’s currently the Tallahassee Chapter President for the American Culinary Federation.
Joshua designed healthy recipes and dishes that were implemented in Orange County Public Schools for the “Chefs Move to School Project” with the former White House Assistant Chef, Sam Kass.
He’s passionate about chocolate and cake decorating.
