About

Chef Scott is the owner of NxtGen Foods LLC, a direct-to-consumer, ready-to-heat meal delivery service. Having worked as an Executive Chef and Banquet Chef, he is passionate about regenerative agriculture practices and sustainability.

He’s a chef on the CookUnity platform with his own LLC. He’s also worked in alternative culinary careers in menu development and recipe development.

Chef Scott has volunteered at the Field Guide Festival, March Of Dimes events, and Pay It Forward, and enjoys passing his knowledge and experience along to others as a Chef Instructor.
