About

Chef Thomas runs his own private chef service and online chocolate shop called Temo Foods in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. He worked at a James Beard Award-nominated restaurant Canoe and had a write-up for his sweet creations in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Each year, Thomas judges for the Skills USA Competition in Atlanta.

He has worked in hotels and restaurants up and down the east coast, including as an Executive Pastry Chef and Corporate Pastry Sous Chef. His favorite medium is chocolate.

Chef Thomas also has multiple certificates in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine.
