Culinary Arts: Chef Raff will teach knife skills and how to deep fry a turkey, and show the creativity of holiday side dishes:

  • Blackened Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Lava
  • Beer-Braised Collard Greens
  • Green Bean Casserole (from scratch)

Pastry Arts: Chef Pavla van Bibber will take you through the assembling of your own holiday gingerbread house.
