You are invited to our culinary school open house in Boulder! This mid-summer event will highlight some of the traditional foods from the French Riviera or La Cote D’Azur, as we call it, with sun and the ocean in mind. Learn how to stuff the “petits farcis” or little vegetables with light ground pork stuffing; experience Pain Bagna, the local nicoise salad sandwich; savor the local pizza from Nizza (Italian for Nice); and the famous crudité called Bagna Cauda.
