For culinary and pastry students of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and for all food enthusiasts, your’s is a quest for a better understanding of the cooking and baking world. It’s a personal goal to gain knowledge, fundamentals and skills. You are on your way to reaching your culinary and pastry dreams guided by the father of French cuisine, Auguste Escoffier. So, what better way to celebrate that goal than with a dream trip to his homeland, France?
We invite you to join us for a trip of a lifetime to Nice and surrounding historical southern cities, in France.
On April 18, 2020 we will depart for an inspirational journey to the birthplace of French cuisine. There you will participate in guided tours of historic locations and cultural events, enjoy French food and wine, engage in cooking demonstrations, and be catered to at an elegant farewell dinner.
Trip highlights that are currently scheduled:
Visit the oldest perfumery in Grasse; Fragonard
Olive oil production tour
Winery exploration and tasting
Cheese production tour
Cultural sightseeing in Nice, Monaco and St. Tropez
The cost of the trip is $3285.00 based on double occupancy with a $1000.00 deposit due at the time of registration. Trip is scheduled for April 18-25, 2020. Some meals are included in this fee. Limited spots available.
