On August 23, 2012, we broke ground on a new, 6,000-square-foot Agricultural Learning Center, right here on our Austin campus. Our students will grow, cultivate and harvest fresh produce to use in classroom, an important component of our Farm-To-Table® Experience.
Honorary guests Michel Escoffier, great-grandson of famed Chef Auguste Escoffier, and Rep. Eddie Rodriguez, Chair of the Texas House “Farm-to-Table Caucus,” were in attendance. The new center will enhance our students’ learning experience in a unique environment.
