michelFew other meals have the dynamic personality of brunch and attending our “Brunch with Escoffier” at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts from 11:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday October 11th will be a fantastic way to get insider access to our school, discover more about what our programs offer, and experience what life is like in and outside the kitchens.

This event will provide you with the opportunity to see a live cooking demonstration, hear about the many benefits of an Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts education, and taste some wonderful brunch items as prepared by our experienced Chef Instructors.

In addition, this particular open house celebration will honor both you and our special guest, Michel Escoffier. Michel Escoffier, the great grandson of Master Chef Auguste Escoffier and the President of the Escoffier Museum and Foundation in Villanueve – Loubet, France is also a distinguished member of the schools’ advisory board. You will have the opportunity to receive a signed menu by Mr. Escoffier as well as have your photo taken with the great grandson of the legendary icon. Space is limited so RSVP now!
