For foodies or anyone with a taste for adventure, this is a chance to explore sustainability and learn why we put such a large emphasis on eating “locally.” Take a tour of the commercial kitchens and facilities that make Auguste Escoffier Schools a landmark for anyone intent on pursuing their passion in the world of culinary and pastry arts.
