Open House

If there’s one thing we’re passionate about at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, it’s sustainable cuisine. That’s why it’s in the spotlight for the May open house—giving you an exclusive look into this important part of our school. Highlights of the event include the fact that attendees will help make a pasta primavera with farm fresh produce as well as a seasonal fruit tart featuring some more spring finds!

Come and see the school, meet some instructors and take a tour of our professional kitchens. Have questions? This is a great time to get them answered!
