Chocolatology is the simplication of the science of working with chocolate in more friendly terms. When making high quality chocolate candies, chocolate must be melted and tempered to restore the chocolate to its original qualities, a difficult process to achieve!
In Chocolatolgy we will temper all types of chocolate in five minutes without a thermometer, learn the Godiva standard of filling to chocolate ratio for making and enrobing chocolate candies.
