By Stacy Hoelting, Culinary Arts Student
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a part of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts alumni is the fact that graduated students are always considered as an important component to the Escoffier foundation and family. As an individual who is currently in the “extern” component of the curriculum, I have had firsthand experience at how well treated students are who are about to embark on an exciting new career.
Personally, my Chef Instructor, as well as all Chef Instructors at the school, have been absolutely available to me for any questions, advice, or assistance at any time. Also, the staff at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts provides technology and interview space available to students, preparing graduating students for their career with all the necessary tools to help them be successful. August Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is certainly a school that strives to help each and every student be accomplished in their goals within their career.
Even the network of connections that Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts has to offer students is helpful within the industry and culinary community. The Career Services department is beyond willing to make connections for students and set up potential opportunities. Aside from all of these key benefits that the school provides, simply the name Auguste Escoffier carries quite an enormous reputation of culinary prestige. As such a respected name in the culinary society, employers and restaurants alike are intrigued by individuals who attend a school with such an esteemed name. I personally couldn’t be more pleased to represent the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and uphold the name.
