Meet Tressa Hodros, an Escoffier Schools pastry student who has always had a passion for cooking. While spending six years serving in the Navy at a base stationed in Hawaii, she had always thought about attending culinary school. As her passion grew, she started looking at schools and found Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Shortly after doing more research, Tressa moved from Hawaii to Colorado and enrolled in both the Escoffier culinary and pastry programs. Tressa joined Escoffier Schools because she wanted to be versatile in her training and receive an education that would allow her to be marketable within the industry.
