- Take a field trip to local farms/artisans on Wednesday
- Purchase ingredients at the Boulder Farmers’ Market
- Cook a delicious meal with your colleagues using a variety of challenging techniques on Thursday and Friday
- This workshop is available at the only school in the country with a registered Farm To Table® Experience
