A new culinary series is coming to the Boulder area. According to the Daily Camera, The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park is set to host Great Roads to Great Chefs. It will be an 11-part series featuring prominent chefs from across the nation, however the majority of the participants will be from Colorado.
The series will be held each weekend, when chefs will be putting some up their best dishes to the test at Table, the hotel’s anchor restaurant. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner sales will benefit Northern Colorado flood victims.
Chef Ian Kleinman of The Inventing Room will lead the march on Jan. 31, followed by a slew of other prominent chefs including Jeff Osaka of Twelve Denver, James Mazzio of The Edge Restaurant Snowmass and Ari Kolender of Providence and Red Medicine. Additionally, “Top Chef’s” Hosea Rosenberg will be cooking for a weekend on April 4 and 5.
Reservations are accepted for each weekend, and the inaugural series is already sold out. So if you attend a Boulder culinary school you’ll probably love tasting some of the best meals from great chefs – so sign up soon.
