If you like cold-pressed juice and live in the Boulder area, then you’re in luck. There’s a new company called Gypsy Juice Raw launching in Denver. The juice brand doesn’t have its own shop, however, its line of drinks will be sold at various restaurants around town, according to Eater.
The first restaurant to feature the Gypsy’s drinks is Atticus, which will open soon in Denver. The particular line that will be featured at the table to tavern eatery is called ABC Juice. The raw, cold-pressed juice is unpasteurized and includes many flavors like Roots of Love, which is made with carrots, apples and beets. The Galbi Juice concoction has turmeric, ginger, apples and carrots. You can also check out their green juice, Bon Vivant.
Recently, Gypsy Juice went to Atticus for a menu tasting to pair their drinks with the eatery’s menu.
If you attend a culinary school in Boulder you can whip up your own flavors of cold-pressed juice. Simply combine the ingredients with the most nutritional value for a healthy drink. However, be sure to add a few spicy and sweets elements to balance the flavors of your one-of-a-kind beverage.
