Denver Restaurant Week comes to BoulderDenver’s Restaurant Week is scheduled to run from February 23 to March 8, but the festivities aren’t limited to the city’s borders. There are 13 restaurants in Boulder that will be participating this year, and that means foodies can score a multi-course prix-fixe menu at a discounted price of $52.80 for two or $26.40 for one. Eater has identified five of the most interesting and exciting menus on offer this year. Diners are encouraged to try braised octopus at Cafe Aion, crispy chicken breast Carbonara at the Greenbriar Inn and pasture-raised boneless short ribs at Salt.
