Sustainability matters at Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts. That is why we’ve based our curriculum on educating our students about the importance of using locally sourced, seasonable food in their cuisine. In addition, our curriculum highlights includes a strong emphasis on the entrepreneurial aspects of Farm to Table operations.
Perhaps the biggest draw is our partnership with local farms which gives our students the chance to engage in a Farm-To-Table Experience while learning from our farm partners. Whatever the way, we believe in the power of reducing our carbon footprint one meal at a time all while creating mouthwatering food.
