If you love food trucks, you’ll be thrilled that two new trucks opened in Austin. According to Eater, Korean Komfort and Kyoten joined the food scene in time for the South by Southwest music festival. Here is a sneak peak at both food trucks:
According to the source, Korean Komfort will launch at 1100 East 5th street, adjacent to the Fader Fort festival. While it doesn’t have a published menu yet, the truck will feature Korean favorites like wings, kimchi fried rice and bibimbop, which is a mix of vegetables, rice, thinly sliced beef and other tasty additions.
This next food destination is called Kyoten and specializes in high-quality sushi and rice bowls. You can find it at 1211 East 6th street. According to Eater, Kyoten is being referred to as a “traileraunt” because it will have its own custom park, complete with a zen rock garden.
