Learn industry skills to improve your culinary prowess

This summer, spend your weekends learning industry skills of efficiency, farmhouse cookery and the power of seasonal improvisation in our home cook classes. We’ll practice the art of butchery, rustic bread baking, French pastries, farmhouse cheese-making, preserving and much more!
