Our Farm to Table® Experience in Texas is a chance to dig a little deeper into the advantages of sustainable sourcing, expand your Escoffier education and network with farmers, artisans, chefs, educators and fellow students.
Texas is rich in agricultural and culinary culture with unique histories and special opportunities to explore American farm-to-table fare.
