Whether you are just exploring culinary school or already enrolled in one of our programs we would love to welcome you to an engaging event with our faculty and staff. To add to the experience, admissions and financial aid representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have.

10:00 am – Cupcake decorating with Escoffier Chef Raff
10:30 am – Tea sandwich preparation with Escoffier Chef Clif
11:00 am – Making madeleine cookies with Escoffier Chef Jackie
11:30 am – Pate au Choux presentation with Escoffier Chef Miquel
