Our Farm to Table® Experience in California is a chance to dig a little deeper into the advantages of sustainable sourcing, expand your Escoffier education and network with farmers, artisans, chefs, educators and fellow students.
California is rich in agricultural and culinary culture with unique histories and special opportunities to explore American farm-to-table fare.

+ Tour and Tasting of Ojai Olive Oil Company
+ Ojai Food Tour of 5-6 Local Restaurants
+ Dinner with Escoffier Chef Educators
Day 3 | Sunday, June 9
+ Ojai Farmers Market Experience
