Denver, CO | Farm To Table® Student Experience
Friday, September 20 – Sunday, September 22, 2019
With its progressive culture and expansive terrain, Colorado is well-known as a leader in farm-to-table cuisine. That’s why we invite you to experience the movement first-hand. In this unique 3-day workshop, we’ll dine at one of Colorado’s finest nose-to tail restaurants, travel to Fort Collins to spend the day getting our hands dirty at Three Sisters Farm and Ranch and a self-guided tour of Denver’s Central Market, one of the area’s newest artisan retailers. This is a unique opportunity to get closer to the bone and see where your food comes from.
