Celebrate the holiday season at our holiday preview event, which will take place at our Boulder, CO campus. Join us for a workshop where you have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and prepare three delightful festive hors d’oeuvre recipes with the help of an Escoffier Chef.
If you are a high school student looking to enroll in culinary school, this interactive experience can give you a taste of what it could be like to be a student at Escoffier!

- Test your plating skills: Vegetable Tray with Pistachio Dip
