Between May 1-3, 2020, join Chef Tyson, Chef Kevin, and Chef Luke as we show you a top-to-bottom Austin experience including farms, tacos, live music, barbecue, and more!

Day 1 | Friday, May 1
Travel to Austin, Texas and arrive at hotel (listed below)*
4:00PM Chefs pick up students for travel to the Texas Beef Council
4:30PM Texas Beef Council “Pasture to Plate” presentation
6:00PM Grilling demo and “Grill-Your-Own” steak dinner
8:00PM Return to hotel

Day 2 | Saturday, May 2
8:30AM Pick-up at hotel
9:00AM Arrive at Eden East urban farm for tour, tacos, and local produce for Saturday night BBQ dinner
11:00AM Arrive at Dai Due for local food talk and brunch
1:00PM Arrive at local brewery for brewery tour and snacks
3:00PM Arrive at the Domain for free time
5:00PM Drive back to hotel
6:15PM Pick-up at hotel
6:30PM Arrive at Escoffier Austin Campus and prep sides and wings
7:00PM Stoneyard Vineyards wine tasting class
8:00PM BBQ dinner and smoking demo with live music
10:00PM Return to hotel

Day 3 | Sunday, May 3
Travel home
