Our Pastry Arts Student Experience in Vermont is a chance to dig a little deeper into the advantages of sustainable sourcing, expand your knowledge and network with chocolatiers, artisans, chefs, educators and fellow students. Here is what we have planned for you:

Menu of Events:

Day 1 | Thursday, April 16

  • Travel to Burlington, Vermont and arrive at hotel (listed below)* Travel into BTV airport
  • Afternoon & evening on own

Day 2 | Friday, April 17
08:15AM Pick-up at Hotel
09:00AM Lake Champlain Chocolate Factory Tour and product sampling
11:30AM Drive to St. Albans, VT
12:15PM Lunch at Jeff’s Maine Seafood
2:30PM Branon Maple Orchard Tour
4:00PM Drive to Burlington
4:45PM Arrive at Hotel
6:00PM Dinner on own (feel free to ask a classmate!)

Day 3 | Saturday, April 18

08:00AM 4-hour hands on baking class at King Arthur Flour
12:00PM Macaron Class
12:00PM Shopping at King Arthur Flour Company Store
01:00PM Drive to Hanover, NH
03:30PM Drive to Burlington Hotel

07:45PM Depart Hotel for Dinner

  • Travel Back Home (depart from BTV airport)
