Culinary

Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts (Residential or Hybrid)
You can bridge the classroom and the kitchen through this 60-week program that actively engages you in your culinary future through a Farm-to-Table experience on a working farm and an Industry Externship that allows you to apply your foodservice preparation, operation and management skills and knowledge.

Our hybrid alternative enables students to take their lecture (non-kitchen) courses online and attend campus three days a week compared to five days per week with our traditional on-campus program version. This is an option for students who wish to balance work and other life commitments.

Diploma in Culinary Arts
Course curriculum covers menu management, cuisines of the world, culinary baking and pastry arts, and much more. You'll have the opportunity to graduate with a professional e-portfolio of all of your culinary designs and creations.

Pastry

Associate of Applied Science Degree in the Pastry Arts
The 60-week Associate of Applied Science Degree in Pastry Arts was developed to provide the practical as well as theoretical foundations essential for success in the foodservice and hospitality industry. The curriculum combines lectures, demonstrations, baking, and evaluation for an integrated approach to the pastry arts. Students complete 12 weeks of industry externship in order to gain functional knowledge by working in an approved industry setting.

Diploma in Pastry Arts
As a student of our Pastry Arts Diploma Program, you will have the opportunity to combine business management and entrepreneurship with classic pastry methods and techniques, uncovering the skill set of artisan bread baking, cake decorating, confiserie and frozen desserts, menu management, and much more!

Testimonials

I am learning a lot. My Chef Instructor takes a difficult task and really breaks it down, and challenges us to retrace our steps even when we make mistakes to understand why the pastry may not have turned out perfectly. This helps to both expand our knowledge and understand the science behind the art.

Pastry Arts Student
