Each course includes one weekly live session led by an Escoffier Chef Instructor or faculty member. Sessions are tied to that week’s course content and may include Q&A, demonstration, coaching, or guided technique discussion depending on the topic. Recordings are posted to the course page after the session.

Refund eligibility
- Refunds are limited to the original purchaser.
- Refund approval may require verification of purchase.
- Once a refund is approved, access to all course materials and related content will be revoked.
- If you have questions or concerns about your enrollment, email us before requesting a refund through your course account.
Refund request window
- Full refund for cancellation requests received before 11:59PM CT on Day 1 of the Session.
- No refund for cancellation requests received after Day 1.
Provider-initiated cancellation
- If Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other institutional reason, learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
No refund after course completion
- Once a learner has received a Certificate of Completion and/or digital Knowledge Badge, no refund will be issued.
- Once a refund is approved, access to all remaining course materials, recordings, and live sessions is revoked immediately.
How to request a refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]Refund requests must be submitted in writing via an email.
- Requests must include: full name, email address used at purchase, purchase confirmation or transaction information, and reason for the request.
- The date the written request is received determines refund eligibility.
- Submitting a refund request also serves as a request to cancel the participant’s enrollment in the class. Once a refund request is received, the participant’s registration will be canceled, and they will no longer have access to the class or any associated course materials, sessions, or benefits.
- If you wish to remain enrolled in the class, please do not submit a refund request. If you have questions or concerns about your enrollment, contact us before requesting a refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary by payment provider.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or repeated refund behavior across multiple purchases or accounts.
