About
Chef Gary is a Certified Executive Chef® (CEC®) with over three decades’ experience, which includes running Gary O’s Cafe for five years.
In 2012, he helped cook for a fundraiser attended by President Barack Obama in Austin, Texas.
Chef Gary has held both the banquet chef and executive chef positions at fine hotels throughout San Antonio, Texas, served as a personal chef, and worked with a top Austin-based caterer. He also has experience in upscale catering and high-volume restaurant opening.
