Our Relationship with Disney

One of the most lucrative partnerships we’ve established, our relationship with Walt Disney World sprouts a number of externship and job opportunities for our students and graduates. Yearly visits by one of Disney’s chef recruiters, Pauli Milotte, allow our students the ability to interview on-campus for resort positions.

With over 140 food establishments within the Walt Disney World confines and over 400 culinary externship opportunities per year, employment opportunities with this well-known organization are a good way to kick off your career.

I decided to attend school at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and, little did I know, this school would set me up to work with Disney. Escoffier has set me up to reach for my dreams and, thanks to Career Services, I have accepted an internship with the Disney Culinary Program. It has definitely been a true blessing.”
