For nearly 10 years, Kim Jensen has committed herself to promoting excellence in culinary and pastry arts education. Having spent the last decade in various leadership roles for prominent cooking institutions, she comes to the role of Boulder’s Campus President with a deep-rooted understanding and immense passion for providing aspiring culinarians with the tools they need to succeed in this high-demand and thrilling industry.
Her prodigious belief in the culinary arts began early in her career and has only grown stronger as the industry has evolved and grown. Ms. Jensen considers her greatest occupational achievement continually helping students realize and act on their dreams: whether it be becoming an executive chef, owning their own restaurant, starting a specialty cake business, or more. In addition to her work with culinary schools, Kim finds great fulfillment being actively involved in several charities like March of Dimes, Relay for Life and Ronald McDonald House.
