We will continue to update this page with new information as it changes. As always, we are here to support you in any way we can, so you are able to progress with your education.
We appreciate your patience during this time. Your pursuit of a quality education is our priority as is your health and well-being.

Boulder and Austin Campuses
Escoffier’s Boulder campus is currently teaching culinary lab classes in-person and lecture-based classes fully online until our next start which is July 5. All classes starting in July will be face-to-face.
Escoffier’s Austin campus is currently teaching all culinary lab classes in-person and lecture-based classes fully online until August 16. All future classes will be taught in-person. Our next start is June 28.
Both Boulder and Austin campuses will follow existing protocols to help ensure the safety of our students and have processes in place to support students that may be placed in quarantine due to exposure to COVID.
We realize there have been many disruptions during the past year, and we have made adjustments to help ease the process of applying for and attending school. Escoffier will remain flexible in order to serve and accommodate students and employees based on the guidelines issued by the CDC, state authorities and local officials.
