Chef Adele is the Owner and Executive Chef of Creole Vegan in Atlanta, GA, and is currently completing her first edition cookbook. She has a background in recipe development, research, product development, biology, and chemistry. Adele has also worked as a plant-based food consultant.
Adele traveled and resided in Brazil for 3 years, exploring culture and cuisine while teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
Outside of the classroom, Chef Adele volunteers at various career events teaching communities how to eat healthily, including at DESA (school of arts), Sevananda Natural Foods Market, and Generation GF (gluten-free kids organization).
