"I love teaching how to eat healthily and plan successful meals for businesses or pleasure."
Becoming a vegetarian in the 90’s was the result of my personal quest to eat healthy. My nostalgic appetite for the Creole flavors I enjoyed when growing up in New Orleans led me to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle that is also satisfying. To many people, eating healthy and eating satisfying food are two different things. But they don’t need to be. Through my teachings and over 10 years of experience in both cooking and having a vegan lifestyle, I can show you how tasty and flavorful vegan food really can be.
