About
Chef Anne has served as an Executive Pastry Chef, Cake Decorator, and Executive Bakery Manager. She cooked for several athletes within the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills organizations during her time at Pegula Sports & Entertainment.
She holds a Certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts from Culinary Institute of America, a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, and a Master’s degree in Education.
