Chef August is the owner of Healthnut Custom Meal Preparation and has served as executive chef and sous chef for a variety of foodservice establishments. His mission is to train young chefs to reach their fullest potential.
Chef August is a member of Slow Food Austin. In 2011, he was the Tucson Taste of Chocolate Peoples Choice Winner.
