In his culinary career of 12+ years, Chef Jordan worked as a Head Chef in restaurants around Colorado, as well as in various positions around Texas.
After going to school for music, Jordan realized that his true passion was cooking. He decided to get training in the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, Texas.
