Chef Kareen is the CEO of A Dash of Coco, LLC. She is a recipient of multiple awards, including Disciple d’Escoffier, National Cutting Edge Award #6 by American Culinary Federation (ACF), and Top 100 Leaders in Education Award 2020 by Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL).

Kareen is being honored at the world’s leading Health 2.0 Conference in Dubai with the “Outstanding Leadership Award.” She has also been selected to be a Keynote Speaker at the conference in March 2022.

She is also an international public speaker, which has allowed her to share her journey with people in the United States, India, Philippines, Singapore, England, Scotland, and South Africa.

Additionally, Chef Kareen is on the Advisory Board of Les Peters Academy, (True Core Behavioral Solutions), which is a juvenile programs for girls.
