Certified Executive Chef® Kevin Kincaid is the owner of Chef K Consulting where he consults on menus and operations. He has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry and is passionate about education and the world of fine wines and gastronomy… especially global cuisines such as Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Korean.
Chef Kevin believes the life of a chef is a complex and fabulous combination of history, taste, culture, diversity, technique, science, stewardship, creativity, and making people happy.
