Chef Megan, an Escoffier Pastry Arts alumnus, has worked in various roles for Colorado catering companies, including Chocolatier, Cake Designer, and Executive Pastry Chef.
She’s a world traveler, having traversed England and Europe experiencing traditional cuisine and absorbing the unique cultural influences on food. Additionally, she traveled Italy on tour as an opera singer, even performing mass at the Vatican!
Chef Megan specializes in gluten-free and Celiac-related subject matter, as well as special dietary baking and patisserie. She’s currently working toward a Nutrition and Functional Medicine Coaching certificate. In her spare time, she’s a Volunteer Baker with Cakes for Kids.
I’m a singer, reptile enthusiast, dog lover, and I make wood and stone crafts.
